INTERVIEW CRACKING TIP

First of all Keep this tip as an impression in your mind!, As you are looking for a job, the employer is looking for an expert who can get their work done. Do not guess the technical answers. Most of the time the guess work would be wrong. If the interviewer understands that you are guessing the answers, obviously, he would not have any interest in making you as his/her team member. (If you were in his/her place,even you would do the same thing) Especially I used to reject candidates if they tried to guess answers. Because, the team does not need guessers, they need programmers. It is always better to humbly accept "Sir, I am not sure" for a difficult question, rather guess and give wrong answers".

Keep it in your Mind!

"Do not prepare for interviews, prepare for becoming an expert in the given subject, you can clear any interviews" - But still - you got to be very humble.

If you ask me what is the most important factor to crack an interview - Technical / Non-Technical, I would recommend a genuine smile on your face! Of-course just a smile does not work, it is just the starting factor!
